How long is the fishing trip? Approxiamely 8 to 9 hours, depending which one you choose.
Do you need a fishing license? YES

Is there a deposit to hold my date? YES, 100$ deposit to set date aside.
What happens if i cancel the trip? If customer cancels trip a week or more in advance. He/she can reschedule at a later date as long as the date is open. If you cancel the trip in 7 days or less you'll forfeit the deposit.
What happens if we dont catch a fish? For alligator gar trip, 4 feet or higher is considered catch. If no alligator gar is caught or 4 foot less is caught then customer can reschedule.
What happens if it rains? Trinity river garfishing holds the right to cancel, reschedule, move trips to another location if deemed necessary. You will be able to reschedule if you'll would like.
Are the trips kid/senior friendly? Yes, as long as the child is supervise by an adult. Trips will be done on a jet boat for seniors and kids.
Can i harvest my catches? Trinity river garfishing will follow texas parks and wildlife rules and regulations.
What do i need to bring on the trip? Food and drinks for the day, extra pair of clothes, wear clothes you dont mind getting dirty.
Do you offer night trips? Absolutely, please get in touch with me regarding this experience.
Were do we meet? I fish 6 different locations on the Trinity River/ depending on bite/weather or unforeseen circumstances i may change your location.

Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk:
I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that fishing and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: Physical injury or harm from handling fish or fishing equipment. Risks associated with water activities, including drowning. Encounters with wildlife or hazardous weather conditions. Loss or damage to personal property. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with fishing activities and understand the need to exercise caution, follow instructions, and adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the organizers.
Waiver of Liability:
In consideration of being allowed to participate in fishing activities, I hereby release, waive, and discharge [Carlos Guerrero/Trinity River Garfishing], its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, actions, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with my participation in these activities, including but not limited to injuries, damages, or losses, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of my actions during the fishing activities.
Medical Authorization:
